A newer resident of Calabogie, Julie has been with Generation-3 for over four years. Her Customer Service role touches every part of the company. From communications to helping on site, Julie enjoys working with our clients. Her attention to detail and determined attitude keeps our projects on track.

Kim brings over 40 years of architectural design and Customer Service & project management to the team. Kim has designed Linwood Homes over the past 20 years. His attention to detail and creative flair greatly adds confidence to the Generation3 team. You will see him often on site keeping a eye on all those little details.

A lifelong resident of the Calabogie region, Chris has incredible grasp on laying out a site, lot development techniques, lot servicing, is resourceful in his approach to securing the right labour team; pivotal in making the project a success. Chris is a hands-on project specialist. His experience in many of the elements of building a home, his creativity and dedication has helped clients successively reach their dreams. He has been most helpful with his clients by always keeping an eye on the project finish. His love for community certainly becomes evident when introducing new residents to the many area attractions, their neighbours and future friends. Chris has developed a team that assure clients of a value-added strategy to complete their custom home build.
